A little help along the way

Find your
way through.

Questions, a puzzle that feels stuck, or something that doesn’t look right? You’re in the right place.

Useful things to know

How do I play?

Tap a mirror to rotate it. Guide the light from the source to the destination and light every required diamond waypoint along the way. Mirrors with the same small number belong to a linked group and turn together.

Can I undo a move or get a hint?

Yes. Undo takes back your last move. Hint gives you a little help with the current puzzle. Neither requires an advert, a purchase, or coins.

When does the daily puzzle change?

The daily challenge changes with the UTC date, so everyone gets the same puzzle. This may be at a different time from midnight where you live. The daily puzzles are included in the app and work offline.

What do the A and B light gates do?

Light entering one gate comes out of the other, travelling in the same direction. Gates appear only in the daily puzzles. The first-use lesson explains them.

Where is my progress saved?

Puzzle progress, completed levels, unlocked reflections, and preferences are saved locally on your device. Ithaca does not provide its own account or cloud-sync service. Apple device backups may include app data, depending on your backup settings.

What should I do if my progress seems missing?

Close and reopen the app first. Check that you are using the same device and installation. If you still need help, email us with the puzzle number and a description of what happened. Keep the app installed while we investigate, because its progress is stored locally.

How do I change the language?

Open the globe control in the app. Ithaca supports English, Greek, French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Bulgarian, and Turkish. Changing language keeps your puzzle progress.

Why can’t I hear the sound?

Check the speaker control in Ithaca, your device volume, and Silent Mode. Sound is optional; you can play every puzzle without it. The app’s sound is designed to respect your device’s audio settings.

Can I play offline?

Yes. The collection, daily puzzles, lessons, and reflections are included in the app. You do not need an account or an internet connection to play.

Where can I change text size or motion?

Open the globe/settings control in the app to find the larger-text and reduced-motion options. Ithaca also respects the system Reduce Motion setting.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit Apple’s refund instructions for the current process. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple.
